What is Happiness


Happiness is the Still energy in the body.  When day to day stress, Conflicts and Struggles force the mind to think, what happens, the energy of the Body and Soul is wasted.  As everything including us are made of Energy only.  Everything we do, need energy so even Conflicts and Struggles requires Energy.  From where they should get this energy... so Whatever energy we are gaining through Food, breathing and other Mind activities like Reading, spiritual activities etc..  But on the other end, whenever we are in problem, our mind starts chatting about various things. 

During chatting, the mind Argues, makes stories, struggle to prove, getting worried and many things like that.  For all these things, it need energy.  Most of energy nowadays, is getting wasted on these things of MIND.  We are left hardly with any energy to live.. which is not enough for our daily survival without worry, where Happiness is far away...!! When our Mind stops chatting and telling us stories, automatically the consumption of energy over these struggle of Mind decreases... keeping the energy still in the Body.  Which gives the peaceful and fulfilling feeling all the time.. which is nothing but Happiness, Joy...!!  

What We call Happiness, is merely PLEASURE.. ! We become Happy if we get new expensive Dress to wear, or own a new house or a Car..right?  Means our happiness is depending upon the material things outside, whereas the real Happiness does not need anything from outside, it is already stored inside each one of us, only we need to keep it still and alive to experience it in the form of Happiness.

To 'SEE' is to be 'FREE' is very True.  Because, when one is continuously 'SEEING' whatever is happening in the mind, he is completely living in the Awareness means PRESENT.  When one lives in the PRESENT, no energy is wasted, because one can't struggle in the Present moment... there is nothing to struggle about.  Struggle is possible only in the PAST or in the FUTURE.  So 'Seeing' is very important.  What you see inside is not important, whether that is Anger, hatred, jealousy, Lust or whatever...over which your Mind is in conflict.  The important is the action of' 'SEEING' it.

Spiritual Journey


One starting a Spiritual Journey and/ or already on the Spiritual Journey, needs to understand the different stages of this beautiful journey and how it proceeds one to the higher spiritual level by itself.  Initial efforts of a seeker are necessary and the rest happens automatically..!  Even though once is resisting himself to get there, Universe will make sure that he will come across the same path which will lead him to the ultimate Goal…

1)      The Knowledge Verbal / Books : The very first stage is to gain the knowledge about spirituality.     Generally one is introduced to this knowledge by someone around or we read books or articles and       get the knowledge about spiritual practices and its benefit. 
2)     The Belief system :  In this stage, after gaining the knowledge, which is encouraging us somewhere deep inside to develop a certain belief based on what and how we understand that knowledge.   This belief is giving us the purpose on what is to be done next.
3)   The spiritual Practices : Once we develop the belief based on the knowledge, we get an urge to apply that knowledge practically.  Here we start practicing what we learn, understood or read about. 
4)  Spiritual Experience :  Continuous spiritual practices gives the Spiritual experiences.. which transform the initial Belief into Faith.  This Faith again encourage us to more spiritual practices.
5)    Faith : Once we start getting the Spiritual experiences, it lead us towards complete Faith in that practice.  We get convinced deep inside that we are on right path.. which leads again to do more Spiritual practices, giving more and more spiritual experiences which increases the level of FAITH in that Supreme Power.
6)     The Divine Presence:  Growing in strong Faith leads us to experience the Divine Presence, which means complete Awareness of everything around us.  And this happens so beautifully that even if Mind interrupts in between, the Presence completely takes over and let the person experience that Presence or Awareness.  When one is in complete Awareness of everything around, one cannot go into past or future… means that person is actually living the PRESENT MOMENT.
7)      Bhakti : Once one starts getting the Divine Presence, no one can stop him.  Then he comes to the stage where he starts experiencing the Divine aspect within him.  Means the state of Separateness ceases and the State of being One with God comes into place.  This state is nothing but complete Devotion to the Divine. 
8)      Awakening or Self Realization :  This is the ultimate state where One finally becomes One with God.  The person attaining this state, does not feel the need to any ritualistic practice , he is just One with the Divine from inside.  One has already attain the state where Duality is ceased and one reached to the state of Non-Duality.  This state lead the person automatically towards God Realization State.  As here there is no Free will but only Divine Will works.


For anyone who see oneself in any of these stages are destined people who are contributing to the Services of Mankind by raising the level of Collective consciousness.

Sleepless Nights and Spirituality


I have heard nowadays lot of people complaining about their sleepless nights…!  If I ask them reasons, the answers are Stress, work and thoughts which are ‘on’ continuously in mind.
Have you ever heard the person on spiritual path ever complained about their sleep..! I bet you won’t find so easily.  The reason is only their peaceful mind.   According to the research, the people with sleep deprivation feel more irritable, angry and hostile.  The sleep deprivation enhances the negative mood due to increase in activity of brain experiencing anger and rage and decrease in regulating these emotions…!  so in order for you to activate your brain to increase the positive mood and experience the fresh air outside with all the positive energy.. one need to have a really Good night sleep.  But question is in this world how to get the Good night Sleep?

Let us go to the root cause of these Sleepless nights..?  Those are because of continuously Active MIND.  The thoughts are keep on coming and going and coming and going!  In a one more research it is discovered that the Stress people take in these days and equal to the ‘Life threat’ for a brain to react.  Because brain is structured in a way to react immediately by releasing some chemicals when the person is in Life threat..! So that, those chemicals should pass the signal to other body parts to ‘Run’ in order to save the life.  The day to day stress is doing that work now… and brain is responding accordingly.  But you know that the continuous releasing of these chemical are harmful for the overall health giving sleepless nights!

If one can manage to have thoughtless mind, S/he can achieve the Good night sleep!  This is the real example of ME.  I had gone through the sleepless night with irritations and anger, even crying in the middle of night, begging for sleep!!  But all these scenes are memory now since I started following spiritual path..!  One thing I learned through discourses from our Master which gave me so much peace since then that is to keep watching your mind. 

Our Master always tells us a story.  You are at home and it’s dark.  One thief is entering your home and start stealing things in your house.  You noticed him and slowly switch on the light.  What will happen?  Do you think that the thief will continue to steal even after you are watching him in the light..?  No… right? He will throw all the things and run away…!  Exactly, the same trick can be applied on the Mind.  What is Mind… nothing but the flow of thoughts.  When thoughts are coming and giving you tension… just focus your complete attention on those thoughts…! Just keep watching them without getting involved with those thoughts..!  You will experience, within few minutes, you are feeling so better that suddenly something stopped which was terribly noisy.  You will notice that the so called Mind Chattering is stopped.  This moment will give you something good and positive feeling which is nothing but the Energy called PEACE OF MIND.  Now more often you will do above exercise, you will accumulate more Good energy… and it will become your habit and routine.  And who will not got Good night Sleep in PEACE…?  This is the practical solution to be applied.  Me and many of our fellow friends have applied and living happy peaceful life.  Apply them and experience. Good Sleep is like the Daily Tonic for your Health! 


Spirituality is not the ‘ritual’, it has the ‘SPI’ in the beginning which means ‘S’ for Science, ‘P’ for Psychology and ‘I’ for Intelligence… It’s a perfect combination of these 3 powers which one should apply in a life like a ‘Ritual’… which will make you SPIRITUAL.

7 Natural Laws of the Universe




Understanding Spirituality and start living spiritually are 2 different things.. !  to begin with one's own journey on this path is a lifetime achievement.  In fact, to start the journey there is no need to be graduated from well known university but in fact, just to know 7 Natural Laws of this Universe and application of these laws in our own life can be itself a journey on this path..!!
1) The Law of Vibration : It states that everything vibrates and nothing rests. Vibrations of the same frequency resonate with each other, so like attracts like energy. Everything is energy, including your Thoughts. Consistently focusing on a particular thought or idea attracts its vibrational match.
How to apply it: Focus on what you want instead of what you don’t want.
2) The Law of Relativity : It states that nothing is what it is until you relate it to something. Point of view ie. Perception is determined by what the observer is relating to. The nature, value, or quality of something can only be measured in relation to another object.
How to apply it: Practice relating your situation to something worse than yours, and you will feel good about where you are.
3) The Law of Cause and Effect : It states that for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. Every cause has an effect, and every effect has a cause. Be at cause for what you desire, and you will get the effect. All thought is creative, so be careful what you wish for… you will get it.
How to apply it: Consistently think and act on what you desire to be effective at getting it.
4) The Law of Polarity : It states that everything has an opposite. Hot-Cold, Light-Dark, Up-Down, Good-Bad. This Universe is a Paradox. Polar opposites make existence possible. If what you are today, you may not be tomorrow. Therefore, do not condemn or criticize what you are not.
How to apply it: Look for the good in people and situations. What you focus on, you make bigger in your life.
5)The Law of Rythym : It states that everything has a natural cycle. The tides go in and back out, night follows day, and life regenerates itself. We all have good times and bad times, but nothing stays the same. Change is constant. Knowing that “This too shall pass” is great wisdom about life’s ebb and flow.
How to apply it: When you are on a down swing, know that things will get better. Think of the good times that are coming.
6) The Law of Gestation : It states that everything takes time to manifest. All things have a beginning and grow into form as more energy is added to it. (we call it Patience) Thoughts are like seeds planted in our fertile minds that bloom into our physical experience if we have nourished them.
How to apply it: Stay focused and know that your goals will become reality when the time is right.
7) The Law of Transmutation : It states that energy moves in and out of physical form. Your thoughts are creative energy. The more you focus your thinking on what you desire, the more you harness your creative power to move that energy into results in your life. The Universe organizes itself according to your thoughts.
How to apply it: Put your energy and effort, your thoughts and actions into attracting what you desire, and you will surely attract the physical manifestation of that energy.  
All the laws of the Universe are giving is one common message while applying them in our life... that is AWARENESS.
We should be completely aware about our thoughts in order for these Laws to work.  Where are these thoughts coming from... MIND.  So one should constantly keep on watching MIND internally... and get exposed to the TRUTH about oneself.
If you can do it, you have already began your Journey.  

Angerless Anger

Anger is a very natural emotion to be experienced by each and every human being in their life. Like all other emotions... Happiness, Compassion, Peace, Hatred, Love, Jealousy, Lust, Hurt... Anger is as well there in each of us. All these emotions are there inside us in the form of personalities. According to the situation outside, these personalities are coming on the surface to be expressed in the external world. Is there any problem, if Loving or compassionate personality comes and remains all the time... No right? Same way , If Angry personality comes sometimes why there should be a problem? 

But, we do have problem when so called ' Negative ' emotions comes up. Now who differentiated 'Negative' and 'Positive' emotion ? Its us only.. it came to us by Parents, society, Educational system etc. If you take a baby, it can express all above emotion.. but those are for few moments, and it is back to its smile, but we adult we can't do it. Because, in a particular situation, when angry personality comes up.... that situation has triggered the charge of any of the past events which is still there inside subtle. Unless, we work on those subtle charges and get rid of them... Angry personality will come up again and again. One need to solve the problem inside with SELF. Those problem can be related to people around which we call relationship problem, or work related problem or Finance related problem or Health related problem. .. Unless we work out the root cause of the problem inside us...the outside situation will trigger that personality or emotion.  And beauty of this Universe is, unless you confront the problem and solve it, those situation will keep on crossing your way reminding you of ' Solving the problem'.  Every time you ignore it, you get angry..!!

If one is at peace with Self... whatever happens outside, it will not trigger his anger and in case if does... he will be able to see it and experience it completely. When any emotion is experienced completely, it turns into Joy and Bliss! One need to experience its beauty!
